The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Stay box fresh LTD regarding the use of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.
Buying Products On Our Website
By placing an order on the Stay box fresh shop you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at stayboxfresh@gmail.com before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
We are not affiliated with any of the brands shown. We are not breaching any trade mark legislation and all items displayed are 100% authentic.
Prices & Duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Countries outside of the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
Returns & Exchanges
All shoes are final sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We are always happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos before you place your order to ensure you are making a fully informed purchase and to help minimize any hassle to you.
Payment
All sales are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Please be aware your actual conversion rate will be set by your credit/debit card company and may differ from rates elsewhere.
Availability of goods and pricing
Stay Box Fresh will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however it cannot 100% guarantee that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
Privacy
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Stay box fresh liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Stay Box Fresh shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if stay box fresh has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Stay box fresh is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched.
The following payments are accepted
Apple Pay & Credit card
Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and debit cards (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
Delivery Information
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked and signed.
Cleaning
Here at Stay Box Fresh we ensure to make it our up most priority to make sure that footwear & bags are cleaned to the highest level of standard as possible. All sneakers are cleaned at the consumers own risk, we will not take responsibility and will not be subjected to liability for any footwear that has been previously damaged before given to us, we also not be liable to issue any other monetary sum to our customers. thus Stay box fresh do not issue payments for damaged footwear or fixtures for services previously rendered.
Stay box fresh will only issue refunds for the price of the service rendered if the consumer is unsatisfied with the level of standard provided by Stay box fresh.
Stay Box Fresh does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, however upon customer request Sneaker Cleaning Sanctuary can try to remove the stain – this will be done at the customer’s own risk and we will not be liable for any damages.
Stay box fresh will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that our cleaning service maintains a high quality of service. However, we shall not assume any responsibility for colour loss, colour fade, colour transfer, discolouration or shrinkage (out of shape which is unpredictable) and stiffening of shoe skins, or the forming of wrinkles during the drying process, and any other unforeseen occurrence, in the course of the process – the utmost care will be given to each individual item. Stay Box Fresh has any concern with regards to the colorfastness, or the age and/or weakness of the item, we will contact you to obtain your approval before proceeding to care for the item.
If we are unable to obtain your authorisation in a timely manner, we may then return the item without cleaning it together with a full refund.
Stay box fresh liability with respect to any item damage – if proven to be damaged due to our negligence – shall not exceed five (5) times our cleaning charges or fees for the item regardless of brand or condition. If you are not happy with the quality of service provided, you have 48 hours from return to contact our team at staycleandaily@management.co.uk
Inspection of all items should be done upon collection. Any dissatisfaction with the item should be reported immediately to our Cleaning Consultant during the point of collection, failure to do so constitutes a waive of any claim to dissatisfaction or damage of the item.
Stay Box Fresh shall not assume responsibility for any personal property left with us including (cash, jewellery, etc.). We request that our customers check for any personal belongings prior to sending items to us as we will not be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.
Stay box fresh reserves the right to refuse services to any customer and/or process any item at its discretion.
Payments
We are not able to exchange any items over without payment made on collection. Thus, please ensure either cash, a credit card or Paypal is present at the time to make payment. Anyone that leaves footwear with us after 5 working days of them being cleaned will be subjected to our holding fee which will be £2 per day which they are held and will have to pay this charge to release the shoes.
